This is a very well-run small family inn with an interior atrium that provides shade and cools off the rooms so that A/C is unnecessary. They have a nice common terrace that looks down on the street that is a favorite with guests for lounging and watching the Z-scene.
If you are a light sleeper then you may be somewhat annoyed by the gas and garbage trucks in the morning, as well as by the school right behind this inn. However, I think the place is a good bargain and I heartily recommend it to people looking to stay in downtown Z.
