I was concerned that putting that new fence so close to the water made it impossible for them to haul out and bask in the sun. If they replace it, they will - hopefully - leave more room. Any idea why that big one was removed? Last time I ate at El Manglar, it was lying right next to our table, like a dog begging for scraps!
